what you pay:

• • £10 studio fee per person (not a deposit)

Refunds & Cancellations:

You can reschedule or cancel up to 48h prior to your booking. After that the £10 studio fee becomes non-refundable. This policy allows us to keep the studio running smoothly and minimise no-shows.

• We cater to a variety of events, including team-building activities, away days, hen/stag parties, birthdays, or any other occasion that can be made special with the magic of pottery.

• Our space is designed to be flexible and can accommodate groups of up to 30 people.

• A selection of tea, coffee, non-alcoholic drinks, and snacks is available, though you are welcome to bring your own refreshments.

 Our pottery painting gift vouchers are the perfect way to give a memorable present - simply choose a value that the recipient can redeem against any product or experience at our Birmingham studio. The voucher includes a blank insert for your personal message. If you prefer to have it sent directly to your loved one, please include the message and recipient’s name in the order comments. Vouchers are also available to purchase in store.

Orders are dispatched next day from the order date with 1st class `Royal Mail.

Validity:

1 year from the date of purchase.
