One year from the date of purchase. New workshops are listed at least quarterly on our website
Postage:
We dispatch vouchers every Wednesday with 1st class Royal Mail. The order processing cut-off time is 2pm. Get in touch if you require a voucher to be expedited.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Refunds and exchanges can be offered within 30 days of purchase.
